		<description>Great information. Thank you for sharing. I can attest to this actually working. As a relatively new runner. I have been struggling with managing my pace more effectively. During my slow run days, I have been working on being more mindful of my splits. As a matter of fact, after practicing this technique for the first time, my last three splits were considerably faster than my first two, helping me to nail the goal pace. Yeah, it was a slow run but I am sure that you can attest to the importance of practicing what you have learned when you can. There is no better time for me to dial in my pace and my form than the slower runs so that I don&#039;t need to think about it as much during the fast ones.</description>
